Monthly ongoing property management includes:
· Rent collection
· Fielding tenant phone calls
· Coordinating repairs with appropriate technicians of your choosing or mine
· Annual Financial Reports
Fees for these services 
· 10% of rent

Finding a tenant for your home includes:
· Advertising
· Appointments to show the home to prospective tenants
· Application collection and review
· Reference and Credit Checks
· Final tenant selection may be made with, or without, your input
Fees for these services:
· 40% of monthly rent for Tenant Placement Service Only
· 30% of monthly rent for Tenant Placement with continued monthly property management
